Plan Memberships
Treatment Services
Plan membership is to help you maintain a stable oral health. Membership benefits are a way to say thank you for continued loyalty to our practice and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan provider.
The 15% treatment discount is only applied once you have joined the dental membership for 6 months. All other benefits are available as soon as you join.
Simply contact us if you are a Practice Plan member, or alternatively contact a nearby out-of-hours dentist if you are away from your home anywhere in the UK or abroad.
Once the urgent treatment is completed, you need to complete a Dental Emergency claim form, which includes information about the dentist that treated you and the treatment you have received.
Please speak to us if you need help completing the form and remember, only urgent treatment is covered by the plan benefits.

Don't forget payment receipts and urgent care treatment plans are required to claim as much of the treatment fees you are entitled to as possible.
Yes, you can within the plan assistance scheme limits (refer to plan T's & C's for more information).
Immediately after suffering a dental injury, please seek dental advice and treatment, whether from us or a nearby dentist if you are away from your home anywhere in the UK or abroad. Both urgent and corrective treatment can be claimed.
A comprehensive report will be created and sent to the plan provider to help you secure all the treatment you clinically need to restore your dental health..
